Frequently
Asked
Questions

Can you do appointments at short notice?
Yes, you are more that welcome to contact me. I will always try to accommodate you at short notice. You can contact me via any of the following methods: telephone, text, whatsapp or email. I will get back to you as soon as possible.

Where would our in person sessions take place?

I have an office based in Manningham for Bradford clients and also work from a satellite office at Keighley Healthy Living in Keighley town centre for clients that are Keighley or Skipton area. In person meetings are appointment only so please call to discuss your requirement or schedule a session.

How do I pay?
Payment is made at the start of each session, there is no requirement to pay for a series of sessions in advance and there is no requirement to commit to more than one session at a time. The payment options available are payment made via cash, bank transfer or credit/debit card.

What happens if I cancel/fail to attend a session
Well first of all don't worry, it can happen to anyone. All cancellations with at least 24 hours notice are free of charge. If you have to cancel at shorter notice or fail to attend without letting me know the full session fee must be paid due to the fact that I am unable to re-book someone in your time slot.

Will there be parking available?

The Bradford office has a small car park and on street parking nearby. The Keighley office has on street parking nearby and a large Pay and Display Car Park just 150metres away on Scott Street (Sat Nav Postcode: BD21 2SP)

Do you have toilet facilities?
Yes

Do you have accessibility for clients with disabilities

Those with disabilities may have limited access at the Bradford office due to the counselling rooms upstairs location. The Keighley office has good disability access (including ramps and power access doors). Phone or online sessions are also available as an alternative.

What if I decide counselling isn't for me?
That's absolutely fine, there's no obligation at any stage. You can decide this after the initial chat, the assessment or after any number of sessions. Occasionally, there may also be times where I feel a client would be better served by another service. If that's the case I will try to help put you in touch with a service that meets your needs.
